A mortgage trigger lead is a formal inquiry on a homeowners credit. Within 24 hours of the credit being pulled, the homeowner is flagged as a "trigger lead" and the credit bureaus enters them into their trigger database. Every morning you will receive an email with your trigger leads so you can call and establish that the homeowner is getting the best deal available.

Please note trigger leads are only available to registered mortgage brokers and loan officers.

Mortgage trigger leads are generated each day so you know the homeowner had their credit checked for a mortgage loan approval. All trigger leads are scrubbed against the DNC list to ensure you are compliant with all telemarketing laws.

These leads are not generated by offering the homeowner an incentive or via the internet. Each trigger comes directly from the credit bureau after the homeowner's credit is pulled from a recognized mortgage institution. You control how many leads and what type of filters throughout the life of your campaign.

You choose how many you would like each day and they arrive directly in your email inbox every morning. For example, 50 leads per day M-Th.
